# Privacy Policy
> How Vectorized (AI Vectorizer) - Image Tracer collects, uses, and protects your data. Last updated January 2025.

## Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Vectorized (AI Vectorizer) - Image Tracer ("we", "our", or "the Plugin") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Figma plugin service.
**TL;DR**: We don't store your design files or images. We only keep your Figma user ID and credit balance. Images are processed via Vectorizer.ai and immediately deleted.

## Information We Collect
### 1. User Information
**What we collect**:
* Figma User ID (automatically provided by Figma)
* Figma username (for display purposes)
* Email address (for purchase receipts only, via PayPro)
**How we collect it**:
* Automatically when you install and run the plugin
* Via Figma's API
* Through PayPro payment processor (for purchases)
**Why we collect it**:
* To identify your account
* To manage your credit balance
* To send purchase confirmations
* To provide customer support
### 2. Image Data
**What we collect**:
* Images you choose to vectorize (temporary)
* Only when you click "Preview" or "Convert"
**What happens to your images**:
1. Image is uploaded to our secure server
2. Sent to Vectorizer.ai API for processing
3. Result (SVG) is sent back to you
4. **Image is immediately deleted** from our servers (within 60 seconds)
5. Vectorizer.ai also deletes the image after processing (per their policy)
**What we DON'T collect**:
* ❌ Your Figma design files
* ❌ Images you don't explicitly convert
* ❌ Any designs, components, or other Figma content
* ❌ Image metadata, EXIF data, or file history
**Important**: We never store your images or design files. All image data is deleted immediately after processing. We cannot retrieve your images after conversion.
### 3. Usage Analytics
**What we collect** (anonymized):
* Number of conversions per user
* Preset usage statistics (which presets are popular)
* Error rates and types
* Processing times
**What we DON'T track**:
* Individual image content
* Specific files or projects
* User behavior outside the plugin
* Browsing history
**Why we collect it**:
* To improve plugin performance
* To optimize default settings
* To identify and fix bugs
* To plan new features
**How it's stored**:
* Anonymized and aggregated
* No personally identifiable information
* Cannot be traced back to specific images
### 4. Payment Information
**What we collect**:
* Purchase history (date, amount, credits purchased)
* Payment method type (card brand, last 4 digits)
**What we DON'T collect**:

* ❌ CVV codes
* ❌ Billing addresses (beyond what PayPro requires)
**How payments work**:
* All payment processing handled by **PayPro**
* We never see or store your full card details

## How We Use Your Information
